All the material on this website, including, but not limited to, text, logos, images, source code, is owned or licensed to TFLS. The material on this website is made available to users solely for information and contact purposes with the aim of leading to a business collaboration, and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded or distributed in any way without the prior consent of TFLS.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

3.1 USE OF ONLINE FORMS
We cannot guarantee a timely review or response for each and every form sent to us via the online forms "Quote" and "Freelancers". In the case of the form "Freelancers", due to the large amount of forms received, we will not respond to each form sent to us. If no response is received within 30 days, please consider this as meaning that we have no current need for the specific service you are offering. You are welcome to send a new form at a later date. By using the online forms "Quote" and "Freelancers" you agree that: (1) You will not use the forms for uses other than those for which they were intended. Any uses related to advertising, pyramid schemes, solicitations and the like might be prosecuted; (2) Any information you enter into the fields of the forms will be accurate and true to the best of your knowledge; (3) You will not send more than one form in a period of one week without justifiable grounds for doing so. Any abuse of the sending of forms might lead to cancelling all forms sent by that user.

3.2 USE OF PERSONAL DETAILS
We will not share with third parties any personal details you send to us via the online forms or via email. All personal details sent to us will be protected and used only internally for business collaboration purposes. By sending your personal details you agree to us keeping this information in our databases for an indeterminate amount of time or until instructed to remove such information. You may request the removal of your personal information from our databases at any time. Once this request is received we will proceed to remove your personal details within a period of 30 days.
